Istra\u017eivanje klimatskih promjena eocenskih naslaga i njihovo pra\u0107enje uz pomo\u0107 izotopa kisika i ugljika kao i uz pomo\u0107 geokemijskih parametara do prija\u0161njeg projekta BREEMECO uop\u0107e kao takva nisu bila zastupljena u Hrvatskoj. Navedeni izotopi su mo\u0107an alat za utvr\u0111ivanje poznatog srednjoeocenskog temperaturnog maksimuma (kasno-lutetski maximum; LLTM=41.52 Ma) i optimuma (srednjoeocenski klimatski optimum; MECO=40.08 Ma), a uz pomo\u0107 zapo\u010detog multidisciplinarnog pristupa u okviru prija\u0161njeg projekta sa geokemijskim parametrima i mikrofosilima (planktonske i benti\u010dke foraminifere) te uklju\u010divanjem palinomorfa uz dosada\u0161nji vapnena\u010dki nanoplankton, pobolj\u0161at \u0107e se preliminarni rezultati ra\u0111eni na manjim profilima u Istri (do 10 m)…<\/p>\n
